Petit aparté : Suivez-vous l’odyssée rocambolesque de l’arctic sea ? J’avoue que chaque fois que ma radio en parle je ne peux m’empêcher de penser à votre série cargo de nuit.


moi aussi, ce matin à la radio, on évoquait un trafic d’armes possible... ce bateau est rêvé : le bois est au dessus mais il possède des cales. Pour l’instant, parti pour l’Algérie, il est au large du Cap Vert. Premier point : il ne va pas dans la bonne direction, semble-t-il. Deuxième point : avant de partir, il était resté 15 jours en chargement à Kaliningrad, où il n’y a pas de bois à charger. or c’est une enclave militaire russe. la flotte de la baltique y est.

However, the important section though the Vilnius agglomeration is shared with the Kaliningrad – Minsk line. There is a by-pass line for most of that section, which could be left as Russian gauge, if it only carried freight. A complete dual gauge solution is the best option, with separate tracks for through traffic Kaliningrad – Minsk. The line to Lida in Belarus joins the other lines just outside Vilnius Station. It can be left as Russian gauge : a standard-gauge urban-regional metro on this route would require separate tracks anyway.

15 jours au dock ou dans un dock : pour l’instant je ne le sais pas... moi, je pense à un autre chargement que des armes.. mais bon, ça me semble tout aussi plausible.. avec ce silence radio .... des amércains : leurs satellites SAVENT où est le bateau depuis le début, et eux disent « on ne sait pas »...
