I reject your contention that I am not a « professor ». I am a faculty member of the University with all the rights and responsibilities that entails. As Director of the BCRC, I do administer a computer lab (in fact, 5 labs in the department). I also teach and act as a consultant to the other faculty on the implementation of technology in support of education. To the extent that I have « free time », I serve as a faculty senator, I am the secretary of my town Democratic committee, I’m the president of a regional Esperanto organization and vice-president of the national organization. Oh ! I also won the Outstanding Faculty Service Award last year. So there. smiley
