« Hello Michele , he or she really does not know about Burma’ communication system . there is post office just in Big city like Rangoon or Mandalay . even big city especially we can not receive the parcel from abroad especially , even if we get this some letter in big city like Rangoon . the letter is already tear . you can can tell him go and learn small village like countryside . as for small town they can get the letter from inside . but they can not get the letter from abroad . I had my own experience in Burma.
the man who criticize about your artical must be pro- military regime or military cronies in Burma. the way he talk is exactly the same military general’ lying . one Spanish couple from Spain have send to the letter with some photos two times to their friend in Nyaung Oo Close to Bagan after they visited in Burma. but their friend from Nyaung Oo never get their letter . when you will travel to Burma in countryside you will know real Burmese postal system. please tell him go and inquire in Countryside. »
