Yes, there’s a juge difference in mind. Do you know that Reagan was at the begining a socialist ?
For an American, Reagan was considered as the best president.
He was not really working very much like the previous one but he delegated better the work to his team.

The time has changed. We are no more during the « guerre froide ».
Obama knows very well were the future of America is : Asian market.
