Le point important du document du professeur Bachinski, de Chernivtsi, au nord de la Valachie (roumanie), est situé dans ce paragraphe :

Применять антибиотики (antibiotique) в данном случае нельзя. Почему мы получили такой результат по стране (заболеваемости и смертности), потому что лечили не врачи, а аптечная сеть. Люди приходили в аптеку, называли свои симптомы и просили лекарства. Скупили все антибиотики, наелись их, снизили иммунную систему и получили ухудшение состояния здоровья. А если бы у нас выдавались медикаменты по рецептам, как за рубежом, то такой бы глупости не было. Им лишь бы, а о том, что они нанесли вред государству, никто не говорит...

dont j’ai trouvé une traduction anglaise :

Antibiotics definitely should not be taken. Antibiotics are the reason we have such a high mortality and infection rate in this country, because people go to the pharmacy, describe their symptoms to the pharmacist and ask for drugs. They buy antibiotics, take them, this lowers their immune system and as a result they become sick. If prescriptions were required to buy these medications, like in other countries, this would not have happened. It is the ability to buy antibiotics over the counter without a prescription which has done so much harm to the State.

Si l’on réfléchit un peu, on se rend compte que cette mortalité particulière peut être simplement due à une surconsommation d’antibiotiques. Il serait d’ailleurs intéressant de savoir lesquels ont été vendus. La piste chimique, résultant d’une erreur, reste pour moi la plus plausible.
