Art. 37 :
« Tout individu ou groupe d’individus qui commet des actes de barbarie, d’agressions répétées, et/ou par ses agissements, a pour but d’anéantir les droits & libertés du peuple français en s’attaquant àux lois françaises telles qu’inscrites dans la déclaration des droits de l’homme, issues de la révolution française de 1789, et/ou tente d’abroger les lois sur la laïcité, en terrorisant(1) et/ou en agissant juridiquement contre le peuple(2), doit être poursuivi(I), non comme un criminel ou groupe de criminels « classique », mais comme un ou des assassins terroristes de la pire espèce, et la justice aura comme devoir sacré et obligation d’utiliser tout moyen en ce sens, sans aucune limitation, jusqu’à l’arrestation ou l’anéantissement de ce ou ces individus ».

(I)Au regard de la déclaration des droits de l’homme de 1948, ou de l’application de l’article 37 et ses alinéas :

« Any individual or group of individuals who commit acts of barbarism, repeated assaults, and / or by his actions, has the aim to destroy the rights & liberties of the - precise nationality - people, by trying to change - precise nationality - laws as written in the declaration of human rights, inspired by the 1789 French Revolution, and/or has the aim to abroguate secular laws, by terrorizing(1) and/or juridically acting against people(2), must be prosecuted(I), not as a »classical« criminal or a »classical« criminal group, but as terrorist assassin(s) of the worst kind, and Justice will have the sacred duty and obligation to use any means in this way, without any limitation, until the arrest or the death of this or these individuals. »

(I)Regarding the declaration of human rights of 1948, or the application of article 37 and subs :

(1) terrorizing : following violences definition :
  - physically : agressing, injuring, murdering individual(s)
  - psychologically : threatening, intimidating, pressioning, frightening

Art. 37a :

s’attaquant aux lois sur la laïcité, sans aucun accord ni consultation par référendum, dans l’un des buts tels que définis dans l’article 37, se rend coupable sous le chef d’accusation de »assassin terroriste « au sens de ce même article, et doit être immédiatement soumis aux mêmes poursuites par la justice telles que décrits dans l’article 37. »

Art. 37a :
« Any person, group of persons, spiritual, political, administrative, governmental, or body corporate, no-exhaustivity as to the nature of these groups or entity,
wanting to change laws about secularism, without any agreement or consultation by referendum, persuing one of the aims in the meaning described in section 37, will be charged as » terrorist assassin« within the meaning of that same section, and must be immediatly subjected to the same prosecution by the court of justice as described in Article 37. »

Art.37b :
« Le fait pour toute personne, groupe de personnes ou entité de prêcher dans un lieu de culte, en public, ou dans n’importe quelle endroit, privé ou non, sur le territoire français, afin d’inciter d’autres individus à se rendre coupable d’actes dans l’un des buts tels que définis dans l’article 37 ci-dessus, rend cette personne, groupe, ou entité, coupable sous le chef d’accusation de »assassin terroriste « au sens de ce même article, et doit être immédiatement soumis aux mêmes poursuites par la justice telles que décrits dans l’article 37. »

Art. 37b
« The act of preaching, by any person, entity or group of persons, no-exhaustivity as to the nature of these groups or entity, in a place of worship, in public or in any place, private or not, on - precise nationality - territory, to encourage other(s) individual(s) to criminally act as defined in Article 37 above, persuing one of the aims in the meaning described in section 37, will be charged as » terrorist assassin« within the meaning of that same section, and must be immediatly subjected to the same prosecution by the court of justice as described in Article 37. »

Art. 37c :
« Toute personne, groupe de personne, ou entité, telle que défini à l’article 37 - 37a - 37b - tentant d’interpréter ces articles et d’essayer d’en limiter la portée, ou d’en détourner le sens juridique, dans l’un des buts tels que définis dans l’article 37 et suivants, se rend coupable sous le chef d’accusation de »assassin terroriste « au sens de ce même article, et doit être immédiatement soumis aux mêmes poursuites par la justice telles que décrits dans l’article 37. »

Art. 37c
« Any person, group of person or entity, as defined in section 37 - 37a - 37b - trying interpreting these articles and to limit scope, or to divert the legal sense, as defined in article 37 above and following, persuing one of the aims in the meaning described in section 37, will be accused as » terrorist assassin« within the meaning of that same section, and must be immediatly subjected to the same prosecution by the court of justice as described in Article 37. »

Art. 37d :
« Tout individu, personne, groupe, entité, tels que cités dans les alinéas précédents, sans exhaustivité aucune quand à la nature de ces groupes ou entité, ne doit jamais pouvoir - juridiquement parlant - abroger l’article 37 et ses alinéas car une telle action serait directement interprétée comme une violation majeure de l’article 37 et suivant, et le peuple sera immédiatement, et légitimement en droit de se révolter, afin d’arrêter toutes les personnes se rendant coupables de cette action au sens de l’article 37, car les pouvoirs de la justice, au regard de la situation politique et juridique à ce moment-là, seront automatiquement transférés vers le peuple(2), qui sera legalement dans le droit de décider de toute poursuite au sens de l’article 37, jusqu’à l’arrestation ou l’anéantissement du ou des individus, groupe d’individus, entité, coupable(s) sous le chef d’accusation de » assassin(s) terroriste(s) « tels que définis par l’article 37 et ses alinéas »
Dès que le ou les assassins terroristes seront tous arrêtés ou anéantis, le peuple redonnera automatiquement à la justice de son pays les pleins pouvoirs, afin de juger les accusés encore vivants, sur le territoire français.
La justice du pays pourra continuer dès lors à fonctionner comme avant les faits ayant provoqué le transfert de ses pouvoirs, et ceux, tant qu’aucun autre évènement ne transfère de facto à nouveau ses pouvoirs au peuple, conformément à l’article 37 & ses alinéas, ou à tout autre article inscrit dans la constitution du dit pays. «

 »Any individual person, group, entity, as stated in the preceding paragraphs, no-exhaustivity as to the nature of these groups or entity,should never have
the right - lawly speaking - to repeal section 37 and its sub, because such action would be directly interpreted as a major violation of Article 37 and following,
and the people will be immediately and legitimately entitled to revolt, to stop all guilty one’s in the meaning of the article 37, because the powers of the Justice, regarding the political and juridical situation at this moment, will be automatically transferred to the people(2), who will be in his legal right to decide any prosecution within the meaning of section 37, until the arrest or the death of individuals or groups of individuals, entity, accused as « terrorist assassin(s) »as defined by Article 37 and its subsections « .
Once the assassins terrorists will all be arrested or destroyed, the people will restore justice powers in his country, in order to judge the accused alive, on the - precise nationality - territory.
Justice of the country will therefore continue to operate as before the incident that caused the transfer of its powers, and those, as long as no other event does not again transfer at once its powers, back to the people, accordance to this article 37 & subsections, or any other article written in the country constitution. »

Notez que les peines pour les chefs d’accusation de terrorisme et d’assassinat au 1er degré, seul ou en bande organisée, sont clairement définies dans le code pénal de notre pays.
La préméditation agrave la peine.

Note that penalties for terrorism and 1st degree murder, single or as organized gang, are clearly defined in the penal code of our country.

cultural plan, and, of course people’s life.

2nd type de criminels :
- les auteurs de crimes commis en bandes, exactions grave répétées, leurs auteurs déclarant rejeter les lois républicaines et/ou laïques de notre pays, et l’affirmant
en permanence par leur comportements criminels anti-sociaux.

- les individus ou groupe d’individus, se définissant eux-mêmes comme des compositeur(s) et/ou interprète(s) de paroles, incitant pour tout ou partie, au non-respect de nos lois là encore, républicaines et/ou laïques, notamment, et sans aucune exhaustivité dans ce qui suit, à la haine racial, au meurtre, au racisme, à blesser, au viol, à la torture, sur des citoyens ordinaires autant que sur des personnes dépositaires de l’autorité de l’état.

Les exemples ne manquent pas, ces personnes diffusant sur internet, en permanence, des vidéos très explicites quand aux faits dont il est question ci-dessus.

2nd type of criminals :
- Gangs perpetrating crimes, serious abuses repeated, their authors clearly declaring rejecting the republican and / or secular country laws , and constantly affirming their thoughts, through their anti-social criminal behaviors.

- Individuals or groups of individuals defining themselves as composer(s) and / or interpreter(s) of lyrics, advocating for all or part, the non-compliance with our laws,
again, republican and / or secular one’s, in particular, and without any exhaustivity in the following, racial hatred, murder, racism, injure, rape, torture, on ordinary
citizens as much as on people representing authority of the gouvernment.

Examples abound, these individuals constantly diffusing on the internet , very explicit videos about stated facts above.
