Bonjour simir, bonjour deneb,


si aujourd’hui il n’y a pas d’internet et d’ordinateur a Cuba, c’est principalement de la faute des Américains. 

Voici par exemple ce que je doit accepter comme condition pour acheter et utiliser un logiciel de développement :

-You will not download or otherwise export or re-export the Programs, directly or indirectly, to the above mentioned countries nor to citizens, nationals or residents of those countries.

-You are not listed on the United States Department of Treasury lists of Specially Designated Nationals, Specially Designated Terrorists, and Specially Designated Narcotic Traffickers, nor are you listed on the United States Department of Commerce Table of Denial Orders.

You will not download or otherwise export or re-export the Programs, directly or indirectly, to persons on the above mentioned lists.

Donc, pour avoir le droit d’utiliser cet outil de développement logiciel, je doit accepter de ne jamais rien développer avec qui puisse se vendre ou s’exporter entre autre à Cuba. Et je doit également accepter que ce que je produit est régi par les loi d’exportation des USA.

Voilà vraiment comment Cuba ainsi que d’autres pays sont volontairement tenus à l’écart d’internet, non pas de leur faute, mais par décision Américaine.
